Sorry Ive kinda dropped off the face of the blog-planet for a while!
But im back and ready to update you on my life.
Lets see, this past week was much less about school, and much more about my social life...whether that be good or bad is debatable. Monday was pretty uneventful and tuesday I had to go to a poetry reading for english AGAIN. At least Katherine and i were both there to keep each other sane. After that on tuesday, we had a super-swap with Sigma Nu and KA and Phi Mu which was an absolute ball. It was a rave swap, which is never fail fun. Wed was my econ test (YUCK!)...but I did really well on my ISS speech, so that balanced out. :) Thursday was chill and Friday was a "me" day.
Friday morning was lovely. I got breakfast with Christie at Bottletree, always delicious. After that, I got my hair done and hung out at the coffee shop for a while doing homework and internship applications.
Internship apps ALREADY?! geeeeez. But Im SUPER excited and cannot wait to get back up to the greatest city in the entire world (i.e. Washington DC).Im applying a variety of places you i'll let you know when i get a little farther into the process.
Friday night was formal and John was (no surprise) and excellent date. Saturday was the homecoming football game and sunday was a relaxing homework/football day.
Today, I had a Lott Council Meeting, and then Meredith and Rachel and I took a walk to yayas. SO much fun on such a pretty day!!!
Thoughts this week:
1. I am sooooo excited to go see Alicia in New Haven this weekend!!
2. Im almost 2/3 of the way done with college...omg
3. Internshipsssssssss
4. Italia??
so much to think about in the next few weeks!!
